Meet the Team

Dr. Connie Argüello

Dr. Connie Arguello graduated with honors and received a Doctor in Dental Medicine Degree from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua. She also attended Nova Southeastern University School of Dentistry in Davie, Florida and received her Doctor in Dental Surgery Degree in the year 2000. Dr. Arguello holds a Board of Dentistry License in Florida, South Carolina and Georgia. After graduating she practiced as a General and Cosmetic Dentist in Florida. Dr. Arguello has constantly attended advanced Esthetic and General Dentistry courses to keep appraised of the latest technology. This ensures that all patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced Dental care. She also practiced in a Pediatric Dentistry clinic where she achieved a great experience in the management and care of children and young adults as well. In March 2006, Dr. Arguello founded A Perfect Smile, in Miramar, Florida.

Dr. Arguello would like to welcome you to her office. She takes great satisfaction in helping you maintain optimal oral health. Her patients are her most important professional asset, and she strives to develop long-lasting trusting relationships with all her patients.

Dr. Arguello is committed to listening to her patients needs. She makes sure all the necessary treatment is explained to her patients with pictures, models and x-rays. Dr. Arguello is compassionate and invest a lot of time on patients who are apprehensive to make sure they gain confidence during dental treatment.

Dr. Brad Santelli - Orthodontics

Dr. Brad Santelli received his DDS from New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Santelli also completed a one-year general residency program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He practiced dentistry as a general dentist for one year in Philadelphia prior to obtaining his specialty certificate in orthodontics in Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics. Dr. Santelli is a Board Certified Orthodontist by the American Board of Orthodontics. Also, he is an Elite Provider for Invisalign and Teen Invisalign.

Dr. Santelli is a member of the American Dental Association, American Associates of Orthodontists, Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, Southern Association of Orthodontics and Broward County Dental Association.

He resides in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Santelli grew up in Philadelphia.

Dr. Michael Hennessy - Periodontist

Dr. Michael Hennessy received his Dental Education from the New York University School of Dental Medicine In 2003. He graduated in the top 10 of his class. Then he continued his education at Nova Southeastern University for his speciality in Periodontics graduating in 2006. Dr. Hennessy has consistently stayed up-to date on the latest technologies and techniques in implants by completing several courses in continue education.

Alfonso Argüello, MBA - Office Manager

Alfonso Argüello received his MBA from Nova Southeastern University, he worked for Miami Dade County for 17 years and in March 2006 he helped Dr. Argüello to open her practices. Mr. Argüello grew up in Miami.

Aida Martinez - Dental Hygienist

Aida Martinez has been on our team since February 2010. She is an undergraduate from the Dental College of Pinar del Rio, Cuba. She successfully continued her education, first becoming a dental assistant and then graduating with honors as a dental hygienist from Miami Dade Medical Center. Through her extensive training she is able to educate and assist our patients. She updates her skills regularly by attending continuing education courses understanding how to achieve optimum dental health. Aida cares for her patients and with gentle hands make her patients smile.

Leticia Montero - Dental Assistant

Leticia has been an integrated part of our dental team since the opening of our practices in March 2006. Her ability to communicate her dental knowledge and chair side manner makes her indispensable to this practice. She updates her skills regularly by attending continuing education courses. She also received a certificate from Nova SouthEastern University on Temporary Crown placement. Leticia "grew up" in South Florida. She enjoys, movies, going out, and being with friends and family.

Devorah Alonso - Receptionist and Patient Care Coordinator

Debbie has been an integrated part of our practice dental team since July 2006. Debbie successfully graduated Senior High in Naples FL with Honors and is continuing education at Broward Community College. Debbie’s role allows her to support patients with scheduling appointments, speaking with patients one on one with their dental treatment needs, insurance estimates, and payment plans available to our patients. Debbie enjoys promoting our wonderful doctors and team. Enjoys to see her patients Smile!
